這次要跟大家分享教學的就是家喻戶曉的巴斯克起司蛋糕!
來自於西班牙北部一家La Viña的餐廳發明了這種蛋糕,這種將外側烤焦的起司蛋糕首先在日本流行,2019年10月份左右於港台流行。

防疫期間加上梅雨季節的開始,在家還能做什麼?
一起來簡單烤個巴斯克起司蛋糕當作下午茶吧!

材料分享|
奶油乳酪 450g
砂糖 150g
雞蛋 3顆
鮮奶油 220ml
低筋麵粉 15g
調味用抹茶粉 15g
